From the dataset abstract

The 3D urban data model of Espoo covers all types of features included and described in the CityGML standard, with the exception of engineering structures, such as bridges and tunnels. The 3D urban data model of Espoo is comprehensive and compliant with urban model standard OGC CityGML 2.0.

The interface data published in October 2018 is a beta version.
